Who is the mother of Haytham Kenway?
I know her name. Tessa.
According to the wiki descriptions, I bet she is British. (Tessa, Edward and Haytham lived in a manor in Queen Anne's Square in London, which through her family connections...etc)
Considering the time period, the society might not have allowed much diversity as it does in Britain today.
So if people call someone "British" back then, they must be Caucasians.

But is Tessa white?

I sincerely apologise if I would sound rude though I do not mean to offend anyone.
I am just really curious about that because Haytham does not look like a full-blooded Caucasian at all.
His father, Edward Kenway is white. No doubt. Eddie looks no other than white.
Then why does his son, Haytham Kenway look like a biracial person?

His skin colour, hair, features......none of them resemble those of his father.
Haytham looks more like his mixed son, Connor than his Irish/English father, Edward.

I said that Haytham does not look typical English but I remember the scene when Haytham and Connor faced the guard of Church and it confuses me.
The guard told them like "You(Haytham), I recognise. Not the savage(Connor).".
This means that the guard thought Haytham was his fellow European even he has similar skin tone and the features as Connor does.

Confusing......

Well, it doesn't matter.
No matter who his mother is, Haytham is a gorgeous man.
I love the way he looks, speaks and acts. Quite sassy but yet very sophisticated.

I love Ratonhnhaké:ton the most amongst the Kenway boys though.
That giant, stubborn, awkward baby bear is way too adorable and lovable.
I love his cool, beautiful mama too. I hope that Haytham's mother, Tessa would turn out to be a cool lady like Kaniehtí:io.
